Each session is tailored to the company’s sector and specific challenges. It takes into account the applicable collective bargaining agreement, as well as internal company rules: collective company-level agreements, unilateral undertakings, and customary practices (“usages”).
The aim is not only to provide participants with essential knowledge on a given topic, but also to help them adopt the right reflexes and ask the right questions in the context of their role or day-to-day management responsibilities.
Training sessions also serve to identify, through discussion with participants, high-risk practices and/or non-compliance issues, and to propose concrete solutions to ensure rapid compliance.
Examples of Popular Thematic Training Topics:
- Hiring foreign workers: avoiding pitfalls and minimising risk.
- Understanding the role and functioning of the Works Council (Social and Economic Committee).
- Annual working days agreements (forfait jours): implementation and HR management.
