Alexandra Dabrowiecki

A qualified employment law solicitor since 2007, Maître Alexandra Dabrowiecki has built her career within renowned boutique law firms, including Capstan, Arsis, and Voltaire Avocats, where she played an active role in establishing the International Labour Law Network.

She has developed particular expertise in URSSAF Inspections, Redundancy & Workforce Restructures, as well as in advising foreign companies seeking to set up operations in France.

Alexandra Dabrowiecki is strongly engaged in international relations, particularly Franco-British affairs:

  • She serves on the board of the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) in Lille.
  • She plays an active role in the development of the UK Business Centre in Lille.
  • She represents the firm in various networks dedicated to supporting the establishment and growth of foreign businesses in France.

She also lectures on employment law at the Master’s programme in Human Resources Law and Management at the Catholic University of Lille and regularly delivers professional training courses in employment law.

Fees

Billing arrangements are agreed jointly between the client and the firm, following a discussion of the nature of the matter and the client’s specific needs.

Clients are free to choose the fee structure that best suits their situation – hourly billing with a detailed time record, a retainer for ongoing support, or a fixed fee for one-off assignments.
